World War I medals displayed at NHS Louisa Jordan

The medals were given to Glasgow the Caring City in recognition of their work to support the Red Cross in Kragujevac over the past two decades, in continuation of the legacy founded by Louisa Jordan, Elizabeth Ross and many others.

Also on display is a World War I British Red Cross medal which would have been awarded to Louisa Jordan and the nurses serving in Serbia duiring the war.
